This act leads to a series of events that will pull Seigi into the middle of a conflict between a special U.S. Come in and see for yourself.After saving a homeless man from some thugs, Seigi receives a strange tattoo from the man as a gift. Each and every Black Hole employee is incredibly easy on the eyes. Black Hole prides itself on hospital quality sterilization of all tattooing stations, piercing room facilities and procedures. Autoclaves undergo a monthly spore test to insure proper sterilization of tools and jewelry. All equipment used during a piercing or tattoo procedure is autoclave sterilized and all piercing and tattoo needles are single use.
Piercers and tattoo artists are Oregon State licensed and are certified in first aid, CPR and blood borne pathogens awareness. The staff is highly trained in cross contamination and methods of medical cleanliness.
